Fix a RØDE Wireless GO that records no audio to the camera

For a camera analog input, use the specified TRS-to-TRS cable from the receiver to the camera microphone input and set Wireless GO output gain to Manual or a supported camera preset. Record a short test and inspect both channels because Split mode can place each transmitter on a different side.

Prove the wireless pair
Power both units and verify the connection indicator is solid. If it flashes, place transmitter and receiver into pairing mode together.

Speak near the active transmitter and confirm its channel meter moves on the receiver.

Use the documented camera connection
For analog audio, connect the receiver to the camera microphone input with the included TRS-to-TRS cable; use USB-C only when the camera supports USB audio input.

Set output gain for the camera path
For 3.5 mm output, choose Manual gain or a verified camera preset and set a level that moves the camera meter without clipping.

Check routing with a recorded clip
Record a short test, play it back, and inspect left and right channels. Use Merged mode when one combined stereo output is required; understand Split before using it.
